The researchers at Fat Wallet recently put together a study about the ongoing topic about women in STEM fields. According to them and many other sources in the news, there is an will continue to be a shortage of females in the scientific and math fields. One interesting solution they offer it to change the way that girls are raised. The idea is to provide them with toys that would encourage interest in STEM fields later in life, like legos for example. The infographic below provides a good argument for this. Take a look below.
