In the case of the best cloud companies to work for in 2016, Forbes took the time to review cloud companies and rank them in this respect. The analysis was made after reviewing the latest list of the Computer Reseller News. Glassdoor, a site with a long list of companies and their corporate culture reviews was also taken into account.

Zerto is a cloud replication and storage company that has a total of 13 awards since 2009, the year it was established. As we have seen, there is a strong correlation between how employees like the company they work for and their perception of the CEO. This shouldn’t come as a surprise. These days, having an attractive corporate culture is one of the main concerns in the minds of CEOs. Thus, CEOs who encourage a corporate culture that provides employees with lots of benefits will consequentially result in employees been satisfied in their workplace as well as with the CEO – who was the one that promoted an amicable place to work in in the first place.
